Long before there was The Dog Team, there was a little boy who could not sleep because his family’s dog had puppies.
He wanted to spend every moment with them.
More than four decades later, not much has changed. Today, Cesar still wakes up excited to spend his days helping dogs become happier, healthier, and more balanced.
